Werewolf Hunter AU
Working from the timeline complied by thesilverfeatheredraven, and attempt at compiling the Skyrim werewolf hunter au fic so far. This is is by no means exhaustive- while I tried to get all I could I’m sure some stuff has slipped through the cracks. My main priority was compiling as much of the story stuff as possible.
BRIEF SUMMARY
Thade (commanderdudebro’s OC) is a werewolf hunter. On a badly botched mission in Whiterun he is turned into a werewolf himself by Farkas and reluctantly joins the Whiterun pack, led by Basja (thesilverfeatheredraven’s OC). Thrown into a strange new world, Thade is struggling to cope. Making things worse, his former fellow hunters Ria and Brynjolf are still in town, and local detectives Skuld (historymiss’ OC) and Erik are investigating a string of recent attacks on farm animals.
TENTATIVE TIMELINE WITH LINKS TO STORY POSTS
I am terrible at working out timelines, so none of this is set in stone. Mainly I’m just trying to archive the story posts so none of this is lost- apologies for any goofs created in the ordering!
- Thade, Ria, Brynjolf etc. get to Whiterun
- Day 1 evening: Thade gets attacked by werewolves
- Day 2: Thade is at Basja’s place, not doing much because he’s still in the process of changing. Ria figures out something happened to Thade, tracks down his car, tracks him to the house and then she and Brynjolf head back to the hotel
- Day 3: Thade is still sleeping or something. Ria does research, and in the afternoon meets with Vex at Arcadia’s Cauldron. Gets waylaid by Skuld and Erik.
- Day 4: Thade wakes up! He gets clothes! There is snarling and Vilkas says stupid stuff. Farkas goes into Whiterun to pick up MEAT. He also talks to Esin and gets hit in the head with boxes of Velveeta cheese. Everyone else does stuff, but haven’t caught up with the wolves yet. At some point, Basja and Farkas actually discuss things like mature adults.
- On Day 6 or 7 Thade and Vilkas have some male bonding.
- Day 6 (?): Thade goes shopping, and meets up with Ria. Ria isn’t happy, and she convinces Brynjolf to stay in Whiterun.
- Day 7: Pelagia Farm is attacked, Skuld and Erik get put back on the case and go to investigate. Sinding shows up at the crime scene, then visits the pack. Thade learns how to transform.
- Day 8/9: Skuld and Erik interview Severio Pelagia
- Ria and Basja have an encounter
- Farengar is unhelpful. Skuld and Erik text each other.
