1. What do you know about this character that s/he doesn’t yet know?
Contrary to Skuld’s expectations of herself, she will not mess things up with Erik. Though they never get married, they live on together well into old age and have a great time adventuring and telling the tales of their exploits to anyone that will listen.
2. What is this character’s greatest flaw?
Skuld is a snob. She a) believes that she is simply better than some people and b) that she deserves to be in high society, despite the fact that she has estranged quite a few of the Jarls. Plus, Skuld is just plain weird. Erik has often commented on her habits of picking up everything that isn’t nailed down, eating in the middle of battle, changing clothes frequently whenever and wherever strikes her fancy, shoving ingredients into her mouth to see what they will do, and occasionally staring into space while people are talking to her like she’s mentally skipping what they’re saying. Consequently, it’s sometimes hard for people to connect with her!
18. What is this character’s greatest achievement?
Killing Alduin and not dying. Skuld honestly thought that she wasn’t coming back from that fight, and put her affairs in order before she left. Erik got so angry that she’d snuck off to fight him alone- what Skuld saw as protecting him, Erik saw as a betrayal of trust because they’re a team, dammit.
19. What is this character’s greatest hope?
That her life of adventuring with Erik and Barbas never ends, and that she doesn’t get Erik killed.
